1996 🔸 The First Leap
Shiv Engineering was founded by Mr. Ramesh Patel, Mr. Kanu Patel, and Mr. Dilip Patel with a commitment to precision and reliability. Starting with just two lathe machines to support FAG Bearing, Germany (now Schaeffler Bearing), Shiv Engineering quickly earned a reputation for quality.
2003 🔸 Strengthening Expertise
With the introduction of two advanced CNC machines and the expertise of Mr. Tushar Patel, Shiv Engineering elevated its precision and capability, expanding our ability to meet complex engineering demands and accuracy.
2006 🔸 Pioneering Partnerships
🔹 Approved by L&T as a supplier for manufacturing components for India’s first nuclear-powered submarine.
🔹 Approved by NPCIL as a sub-supplier for critical reactor parts, including the 700MW Nuclear Fusion Steam Generator and End Shield.
🔹 Certified by Alstom as a supplier for drawing-based non-standard fasteners, pins, and related components.
2013 🔸 Diversifying Horizons
🔹 Began manufacturing for Voith Hydro and Weatherford, USA.
🔹 Produced coupling fasteners from special grades like 30Cr and 34Cr.
2017 🔸 Global Breakthroughs
🔹 Executed first export order for GE Steam and GE Oil & Gas.
🔹 Passed SRG audit to become a global supplier for GE.
🔹 Secured a breakthrough with Andritz Hydro.
2019 🔸 Expanding Infrastructure
🔹 Established two new units: one for heavy fabrication with a 75-ton overhead crane and another for heavy machining (up to 6.3m diameter).
🔹 Installed 2 VTLs and 1 HBM machine.
🔹 Manufactured complete nozzle assemblies for GE.
🔹 Started assembly work for Bajoli Holi-MIV and Alpaslan Distributor.
2021 🔸 Precision Perfected
🔹 Manufactured a 32-ton stator frame for Andritz Hydro.
🔹 Completed bearing, slip ring, and shaft seal assemblies for GE.
🔹 Installed a CNC lathe (1.8m diameter x 5m length) for shafts and guide vanes. Machined a Pelton wheel for Flovel Energy.
🔹 Successfully manufactured and tested membrane assemblies.
2022 🔸 Scaling New Heights
🔹 Installed a Kafo VMC (5.5m x 3.6m x 1.6m).
🔹 Machined crown, band, and runner blades for Andritz Hydro.
🔹 Manufactured a DT plug (8.5m diameter) for the Subansiri Project.
2024 🔸 Broadning Reach
🔹 Manufactured DE & NDE brackets and fans for Highbank, New Zealand.
🔹 Started supplying components to BHEL, Haridwar.
🔹 Manufactured a shaft seal cover assembly for Highbank.
🔹 Refurbished a runner for the Chuzachen Project.
